Crisp white volumes wrapped in warm timber louvers, a slatted carport, and glass walls that slide open to the pool terrace. The house is being built for owners, not for turnover.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. When the calendar allows it we are happy to be flexible, just ask.
House rules
The villa hosts up to 6 guests. Children are welcome. No parties and no smoking indoors; the roof garden is all yours for cigars and stargazing.
Getting there
Larnaca airport is about 45 minutes by car. There is free covered parking on the plot, and we send detailed directions with your confirmation.
Deposit and payment
Nothing is charged online. Send your request, we confirm within 24 hours and send simple payment instructions to complete the booking.
Is there a deposit?
Nothing is ever charged online. Whether a deposit applies, and how much, is stated transparently in your confirmation — no surprises.
Linen and towels?
Bed linen, bath and pool towels are ready for you — final cleaning is covered by the one-time €120 fee.
Is the pool heated?
From late spring into autumn the pool in Cyprus is pleasantly warm without heating. For the cooler months, just ask when you enquire.
Are pets allowed?
By arrangement — tell us briefly in your request who is coming along.
Cot and high chair?
