Villa Santa Elena is privately owned. This page explains what happens with the details you send us, in plain words.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we store the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, the dates and number of guests, and your message.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your request and to manage your stay. We do not send newsletters, we do not run analytics or ad tracking, and we never sell or share your details.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. One functional cookie exists solely for the owner's login area.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for our own accounting. Write to us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you: dominik.kop@fixkostenreduzierer.at.
